The Hatfield Peverel Folk Dance Club. The folk dance club started in 1967 and has been meeting every other Thursday evening at 8.00 - 10.15p.m. ever since. We meet in the Village Hall & learn English traditional/ country dances and Playford Dances, sometimes a little Scottish & American. New members are always welcome & can ring 01245 380527 for more details.
Every 2nd Saturday in December we hold a big Christmas Dance in the Village Hall, with guest band & caller, It is a 'dancers dance'. Admission to this is by ticket only. This year we are all sold out. sorry. See you next year. |
